분재

​봉산문화회관 가온홀

This work takes its inspiration from 'Bonsai,' a tree confined within a small pot, pruned and shaped according to human intent. It serves as a reflection of modern individuals who live with their innate wildness suppressed by societal structures or the gaze of others. Through the stage, the choreographer sought to embody the persistent will of life—the resilience that eventually sprouts green leaves even amidst the agony of twisted and broken branches.

작은 화분 속에 갇혀 인간의 의도대로 깎이고 다듬어지는 '분재'를 소재로 한다. 이는 사회적 틀이나 타인의 시선에 의해 본래의 야생성을 억제당하며 살아가는 현대인의 초상을 투영한 것이다. 안무가는 뒤틀리고 꺾인 가지(신체)의 고통 속에서도 결국 푸른 잎을 틔워내는 생명의 끈질긴 의지를 무대 위에 형상화하고자 했다.
